No worries! Just let us know your preferred time slot and we will call you an hour in advance to re-confirm your availability. It is possible to reschedule the call as your time is valuable to us.
2. What should I do if urgent service is required?
We are just one call away. Your convenience is our priority.
3. Can I book the call for weekend or holiday as I am busy other days?
Yes. We are working all days. Your weekends are our peak days as we value your time :)
4. What exactly is covered in minimum visiting charges?
This is service charge for the first 30 minutes of call where the technician fixes any minor problem. However after inspection, if the service process is expected to take more time we will let you know the estimated time and charges. And you can decide whether you want us to go ahead with the service or not. However, the minimum charges will be applicable on visit.
